
Ingredients:
**This meal goes well with avocado toasts**
- 1 cup - quinoa
- 1 Tsp - Sugar
- 1 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp - Paprika
- 2 Tsp - Salt
- 3 Carrots, Shredded
- 1 Can of Organic chickpeas
- 1 Cup - Peas
- ½ Cup - Raisins
- ¼ Cup - Minced cilantro
- 1 Tsp - Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tsp - Onion Powder
- ½ Tsp - Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
- Cook Quinoa, set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together all spices and lemon juice.
- Next, add the shredded carrots, peas, raisins and chickpeas and mix.
- Lastly, add quinoa. Serve immediately.
