Ingredients:
  • 1 cup - quinoa 
  • 1 Tsp - Sugar
  • 1 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp - Paprika
  • 2 Tsp - Salt
  • 3 Carrots, Shredded
  • 1 Can of Organic chickpeas
  • 1 Cup - Peas
  • ½ Cup - Raisins 
  • ¼ Cup - Minced cilantro 
  • 1 Tsp - Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tsp - Onion Powder
  • ½ Tsp - Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
Directions:
  • Cook Quinoa, set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix together all spices and lemon juice.
  • Next, add the shredded carrots, peas, raisins and chickpeas and mix.
  • Lastly, add quinoa. Serve immediately.

**This meal goes well with avocado toasts**
