Ingredients:
  • - 1 cup - Raw cashews 
  1. - 3 - 4 Garlic cloves (depending on size)
  2. - 1 cup - Fresh basil 
  3. - 4 Tbsp - Nutritional yeast 
  4. - 2 Tbsp - Lemon juice 
  5. - 1/2 tsp - Salt
  6. - 1 cup - Water (add more to get thinner consistency) 
Directions:
  • - Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more salt if needed.
Tip: Sauce will seem a bit thin at first but as cashews soak in the moisture, the sauce will thicken. You might need to add more water depending on what you’ll use the sauce on.
- Store in air-tight container, refrigerated for about 2 or 3 weeks.
