- 3 Cups - Old Fashion Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup - Raisins
- 1 Cup - Sliced Almonds
- 1 Cup - Brown Puffed Rice
- 2 Tbsp - Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup - Raw Honey
- 2 Tbsp - Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp - Salt
Directions:
Heat Oven at 350 Farenheight.
- Add ingredients in a large bowl except for the honey.
Tip: Sometimes raisins clump together. try to separate them so they spread out evenly.
- Add honey and mix well making sure the honey is well spread out.
- Pour mix into a tray with a baking mat. Spread out the mix so it bakes evenly. Bake for 25 minutes or until raisins look puffed. If you are using a smaller tray and are not able to spread the mix into a thin layer, you'll need to mix the granola with a silicone spatula every 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let granola cool in its tray. once cool, transfer to an air-tight container and store in your fridge.
