Ingredients:
  • - ½ cup of seasoned black beans 
  • - Hummus
  • - ½ tomato
  • - Shredded carrot
  • - Shredded lettuce
  • - Avocado 
  • - Whole wheat tortilla
  • - Broccoli Sprouts (optional)
Directions:
  • Toast your tortilla if you’d like. Once ready, spread your hummus first. Then, add the rest of the ingredients evenly along the tortilla. All the ingredients are added to your taste (as much as you want). 
  • Add the avocado and lettuce last as it’ll be easier to close that way. 
  • Tips: the black beans can be seasoned as you like. I personally use a basic formula of sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  • Broccoli sprouts are packed with nutrients. Adding this to your burrito is an awesome idea. ​
